Miss Evelyn Guadalope Garcia, our first soldier for Our Lady seen here recieving her READY … AIM … PRAY Rosary. With her “yes” this beautiful nine-year-old girl’s heroic response to the message of Fatima inspired this apostolate. Eveyln considered her cancer to be a blessing, saying it was her pathway to Heaven. We believe Evelyn is now in the company of the saints interceding for us!
Praying With The Ready...Aim... Pray Rosary
- A Single strand Rosary containing fifteen beads, five for the Mysteries and ten for the decade.
- Beginning with the Pardon Crucifix and ending with an acutaul gernade pin, the READY, AIM PRAY Rosary is deliberatley designed to engage the faithful of all ages into the battle for souls. Five beads cover the pin itself representing the Five First Saturdays, the five requests of Our Lady, and the five offenses to Mary’s Immaculate Heart.
- The Rosary is made with the same paracord used for parachutes. It contains seven Knots representing the Seven Sorrows of Our Lady, and the Seven Joys and Sorrows Of St. Joseph, with the first four used for the Pater Noster and the three Ave Maria’s. We consider this cord to be our lifeline to God.
- Each Rosary includes a Fatima Medal, a Miraculous Medal, and A St. Benedict medal.
Becoming A Soldier
A good soldier learns that to aim well, they must focus on the front sight of their rifle — not the distant target. Our Lord and Savior IS the front sight of our weapon whom we must always keep in our view. But to best align ourselves with Jesus, we need guidance and that is the important role of the rear sight of the rifle. In our spiritual training, the Blessed Virgin Mary serves as the rear sight, helping us to align our lives with Her Son. This is how we enter into the Mysteries of the Rosary.
A Soldier in the Army slides a pace counter bead every 100 meters to know how far they’ve marched in a particular direction. By clasping the grenade pin with one hand and pulling the bead with the other, Soldiers for Our Lady pace ourselves into the Mysteries. Because Jesus is God, every moment of His life is eternal. That means we can enter each Mystery in real time and apply the Mystery to our lives, which is how we tap into the POWER of the Rosary! In the spirit of the penal Rosaries developed by the Irish, this Rosary is divided by five Our Father beads to introduce the Mysteries and ten Hail Mary beads for the decade.
